Community Guidelines

Respect the Community & Create Videos Responsibly

Peeks Video is an online community of unique and interesting individuals from all around the world. All users should strive to respect each other and be responsible for their own actions. Being respectful and responsible in the community means many different things to many different users, but some common guidelines are as follows:

Don’t post harassing or hateful videos or comments directed towards other members of the community, even if you do so in a joking manner. Other users may not feel the same about your point of view as you do.
Not everyone will be able to agree on each other’s points of view. It’s better to agree to disagree than to find yourself in an argument with another user. Ultimately, it is your decision as to which content you will view and which content you will ignore.
Create videos with safety in mind. The internet is a public forum and as such, anything that you put on the internet is openly accessible to the public worldwide. This means that once something is posted to the internet you will never be able to remove it with 100% certainty. While Peeks Video has control over what is saved and displayed within the web site or app, we have no control over who may save content once it is posted to the public areas of the site; this includes content saved by other internet users, other web site, or search engines such as Google.
If you find objectionable content, you can flag it. The flag feature is a helpful community tool that allows you to alert us to content that you believe is objectionable, or that you think violates our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.
Peeks Video is a worldwide community and not everyone will like every person they come into contact with. You may come into contact with users that you do not like or that you do not trust. When you do come across a user that you do not wish to interact with, use the block feature to deny them access to commenting on your content or sending personal communications.
If you witness a user engaging in behavior that breaches our Terms of Use you can report the user by using the “Report user” function.

Unauthorized Content

The following is a list of content that is not authorized to be shown on the site. This content should be flagged and/or the user should be reported to us immediately:

  • Content that contains pornography or sexually explicit material, as well as nudity. Any content or user found to be displaying such content, or requesting such content, will be removed and banned from the site. Peeks Video works closely with law enforcement and will report all cases of child exploitation.
  • Users who post content that exhibits predatory behavior, stalking, or is fraudulent, threatening, harassing (bullying), or invades the privacy of other users, or that reveals other users' personal information, will have such content removed, their account deactivated, and will be banned from further use of the site.
  • Content that involves animal abuse, graphic or gratuitous violence, or illegal acts such as drug use.
  • Content that is discriminatory towards, or which attacks or demeans, an individual or group of individuals based on their race or ethnic origin, religion, gender, age, disability, social condition, sexual orientation, and/or gender identity.
  • Content that impersonates any person or entity or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity. Peeks Video reserves the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames, or for any other purpose.
  • Content that may expose users to any harm or liability of any type will be removed. This includes, but is not limited to: content that reveals private information such as addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and/or credit card numbers. Should such private information be posted with consent, but still be deemed to be harmful to you or another user, the content will be removed.
  • Content that is copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise the protected intellectual property of another individual, business or group.
  • Content that contains viruses, corrupted data or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files; including links to such content.
  • Spam will be detected by the system automatically and the user who posted the content will have their posting privileges blocked temporarily. A message will inform you if you have been blocked from posting. While the block is temporary, repeatedly being blocked for spamming may incur longer block times and/or account deactivation.
  • Unsolicited promotions, political campaigning, advertising, or solicitations of any kind.

You may use the site’s flagging and reporting features to flag content or report users that violate our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy. However if, in our determination, you abuse the flagging or reporting features, we reserve the right to delete or suspend your account and to ban you from the site.

Flagging Content

Used sensibly, flagging can be a positive community moderation tool that keeps Peeks Video safe and enjoyable to use. Flagging content will not automatically delete it from the system as not everyone will find the same content as objectionable as others.

When content is flagged as inappropriate, our staff will review it to determine if it violates our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy. If our staff decides to remove the content, the owner of such content will receive an email to notify them of its removal. If you yourself receive such a notification, you should review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use to ensure that you are complying with them. Failure to comply with our Privacy Policy or Terms of Use may and can lead to:

  • Content deletion
  • Account deactivation
  • Loss of access to the app and/or website, temporarily or permanently.

Abusing the flagging feature is not permitted and may result in account deactivation and/or banning from the site on a permanent basis.

Reporting Users

When users are reported, our staff reviews the account to determine if it violates our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy. Reporting users will not automatically delete them from the system. If our staff does remove the account due to a breach of our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, the owner of the reported account will be banned from further access to the site.

Abusing the reporting feature is not permitted and may result in account deactivation and/or banning from the site.

Sharing personal information

For safety and security reasons you should never give out your personal information online, especially your private address, location, credit card number, telephone number, or names of your local school, church or other community organization that you attend. If you post your own or any other user’s personal information, the content may be deleted, and/or you may lose access to your account and/or be banned from further use of the Site.

Remember, your videos and text comments are public and can be seen and saved by anyone who uses the internet. People are not always who they claim to be in their profile and you should be wary of anyone asking for your private or personal information. You should never post content to a public forum that you would not want a stranger to see.

If another user has shared your private information, you can report the user, or email privacy@k.to to request an investigation.

If another user is requesting information that you do not feel comfortable sharing - don’t share it. If the request constitutes a breach of our Terms of Use you should report the user immediately.

Peeks Video won't contact you for your password

As a security measure Peeks Video staff members will never request that you send them your account password. Should you receive a request for your password from a source that appears to be from Peeks Video ignore the request and report it to us by emailing privacy@k.to.

If you suspect your account has been compromised by a third-party you should immediately take action to secure your account. You should change your password to a more secure password using a combination of letters and numbers, as well as capitals and lowercase characters. Longer passwords are more secure but be sure that you are able to remember the combination easily. Secure passwords should be hard to guess by third-parties and should not contain personal phrases or information.

Cyber Bullying

Cyber bullying occurs when an individual repeatedly harasses another user online through text messages, or video messages, with the intent to cause harm to the other person.

It is important to note that bullying and harassment are deliberate and repeated actions intended to trouble, harm, or attack another person. If a user is merely stating an opinion that you do not agree with, this is not considered cyber bullying. However, if this person continuously harasses you in a hostile and intimidating manner then it is considered cyber bullying.

Cyber bullying is a form of harassment and as such violates our Terms of Use. If you are aware of a user who is cyber bullying other users, it is best to block the user from interacting with you and then report this user to Peeks Video.

It is best not to engage the cyber bully in any way as they are often looking for other users to get involved. Simply cutting off communication with them and reporting them is the best and most effective way to deal with them.

Self-Harm/Suicidal Content

If you encounter a user who is potentially suicidal, seeking help, or is harming themselves, it is best to take such situations seriously. If you are comfortable interacting with the person you can offer support or guidance. Listed below are some support outlets that you can also share with the user.

If you yourself are suicidal, seeking help, or are engaging in self-harm actions, please consider seeking professional support, help, and guidance. There are many outlets available to help you through these tough times. Often times there are more people who care for you and wish to help you than you may realize. Finding someone to talk to can really help and the resources listed below are a good place to start.

Reporting an Underage Child


If you are aware of an account that was created by a child under the age of 13, you can report the underage user by emailing privacy@k.to and including a link to the URL or the username of the underage account.

NOTE: If the age of the child cannot be verified through the information provided the account may remain active until such time as we are able to verify the age of the child.

Removing Your Child’s Account

If your child is under the age of 13, please see the section entitled “Reporting an Underage Child” for information regarding how to remove the account.

If your child is 13 years of age or older and you are concerned about the content of his or her profile, we encourage you to begin by talking to your teen about the subject. Engaging in a dialogue with your teen about what is and is not appropriate content to post is usually the fastest and easiest way to address the issue. Talking with your teen can also help you better understand your teen’s interactions on Peeks Video.

Removing a Deceased User’s Account

If you are an immediate family member of the deceased, or a person who is authorized to act on behalf of the estate of the deceased, you may submit a request for deactivation to privacy@k.to with the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature indicating your full name (typing your full name will suffice);
  • A piece of government issued photo identification which will be used to verify your identity;
  • Your relationship to the deceased or a statement identifying yourself as a person authorized to act on behalf of the estate of the deceased;
  • Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an active email address;
  • The username(s) of the account(s) that will be deactivated;
  • The email address registered to the account(s);
  • A copy of the deceased user’s death certificate; and
  • A statement that you are requesting the deactivation of the deceased’s account;

NOTE: We will be unable to provide access to the account to anyone regardless of their relationship to the deceased. Once the request has been submitted, our staff will review the request and deactivate the account accordingly.
